NazvanCapabilities of non-atrofic antral helicobacter-associated gastritis diagnostics at the patients suffering from a duodenal ulcer combnined with bronchial asthma when examining Gastropanel test system

open access: yesБюллетень сибирской медицины, 2012
This paper presents the results obtained by the investigation of morphological condition of a gastric mucosa and serum concentration of pepsinogen-I, pepsinogen-II, and gastrin-17, as well as H.

Identification and Discrimination of Sulfated and Unsulfated Gut‐Hormone Biomarkers in Human Serum by Nanopore

open access: yesSmall, Volume 22, Issue 55, 1 October 2026.
This study discriminates between sulfated and unsulfated cholecystokinin‐8 gut‐hormone forms at single‐molecule‐level resolution. Using an aerolysin nanopore embedded in a hybrid lipid‐polymer membrane, the system produces distinct electrical signatures enabling highly sensitive detection, even in 20% human serum.

Regulation of antral gastrin content

open access: yes, 1983
Five groups of rats were fasted for 3 days and injected with either NaCl or 5, 10, 20, or 40 micrograms/kg bombesin every 8 h. The animals were killed, and their serum and antral gastrin levels were compared with those of normally fed rats.

Mucosal gastrin receptor. IV. Binding specificity

open access: yes, 1980
We used membrane preparations of rat oxyntic gland mucosa to test the binding of various gastrin analogues to the gastrin receptor. Using [125I]15-Leu G-17 as a marker, a concentration of 4 X 10(-9) M unlabeled G-17 inhibited binding 50%.

Failure of atropine to inhibit gastrin-17 stimulation of the lower esophageal sphincter in man

open access: yesGastroenterology, 1978
Heptadecapeptide gastrin I (G-17) contrast the lower esophageal sphincter (LES) in man and animals. Previous studies in man found that atropine infusion (12 microgram kg-1hr-1) inhibited the effect of gastrin on the LES, suggesting that this effect of gastrin is mediated by a cholinergic mechanism.

Characterization of gastrin receptors on guinea pig pancreatic acini

open access: yes, 1987
Recent studies have demonstrated gastrin receptors in some pancreatic tumors and that gastrin is a potent stimulant of pancreatic Na+-H+ exchange. In the present study we used 125I-labeled gastrin (125I-gastrin) to characterize gastrin receptors on ...

Differential impacts of Helicobacter pylori antibody typing on gastric secretory function: a cross-sectional study based on serum biomarkers

open access: yesBMC Gastroenterology
Objective Although gastric secretory dysfunction is common in H.pylori-associated gastropathy, the precise mechanisms underlying these functional alterations across different H.pylori antibody subtypes remain incompletely elucidated. This cross-sectional
