LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.

Gauge-theory ghosts and ghost-gauge theories
We review the geometric unitarity equations for an Internal gauge theory, for a supergauge, for the Kalb Ramond field, and for a Non-Internal gauge. We present recent results relating to the role of “antighosts”.

Finite N Matrix Models of Noncommutative Gauge Theory
We describe a unitary matrix model which is constructed from discrete analogs of the usual projective modules over the noncommutative torus and use it to construct a lattice version of noncommutative gauge theory.

Peroxidasin enables melanoma immune escape by inhibiting natural killer cell cytotoxicity
Peroxidasin (PXDN) is secreted by melanoma cells and binds the NK cell receptor NKG2D, thereby suppressing NK cell activation and cytotoxicity. PXDN depletion restores NKG2D signaling and enables effective NK cell–mediated melanoma killing. These findings identify PXDN as a previously unrecognized immune evasion factor and a potential target to improve

On the notion of gauge symmetries of generic Lagrangian field theory
General Lagrangian theory of even and odd fields on an arbitrary smooth manifold is considered. Its non-trivial reducible gauge symmetries and their algebra are defined in this very general setting by means of the inverse second Noether theorem.

This study shows that copy number variations (CNVs) can be reliably detected in formalin‐fixed paraffin‐embedded (FFPE) solid cancer samples using ultra‐low‐pass whole‐genome sequencing, provided that key (pre)‐analytical parameters are optimized.

Perturbative static quark potential in Maximal Abelian gauge
We calculate the static quark potential for an SU(N) gauge theory in the Maximal Abelian gauge as well as its Abelian projection up to two loops in perturbation theory. We discuss its renormalization properties.

Single circulating tumor cells (sCTCs) from high‐grade serous ovarian cancer patients were enriched, imaged, and genomically profiled using WGA and NGS at different time points during treatment. sCTCs revealed enrichment of alterations in Chromosomes 2, 7, and 12 as well as persistent or emerging oncogenic CNAs, supporting sCTC identity.

A Partially Fixed Background Field Gauge
We examine the incorporation of gauge symmetries in the modern effective field theory (EFT) matching paradigm with a particular focus on spontaneously broken symmetries.

Methods to improve antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) treatment durability in cancer therapy are needed. We utilized ADCs and immune‐stimulating antibody conjugates (ISACs), which are made from two non‐competitive antibodies, to enhance the entry of toxic payloads into cancer cells and deliver immunostimulatory agents into immune cells.
