A new UGT1A1*28 detection method combining PCR and high-resolution agarose gel electrophoresis was developed. The viability of this method was demonstrated on 15 healthy adult volunteers.

Tau protein plays a critical role in the pathology of Alzheimer's disease, utilizing extracellular vesicles (EVs) as a mechanism for intercellular transmission. This study develops a highly sensitive sandwich assay biosensor for detecting and quantifying tau‐associated EVs using surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS).

The single‐layer RCP‐Chip enables rapid, multiplexed detection of SARS‐CoV‐2 RNA using RT‐LAMP and gold nanoparticle‐enhanced colorimetric readouts. After sample loading, amplification occurs within radially arranged chambers, allowing simultaneous detection of E and N genes.
