Scale transition and enforcement of RVE boundary conditions in second-order computational homogenization [PDF]
Formulation of the scale transition equations coupling the microscopic and macroscopic variables in the second-order computational homogenization of heterogeneous materials and the enforcement of generalized boundary conditions for the representative ...

Clustering Algorithm Reveals Dopamine‐Motor Mismatch in Cognitively Preserved Parkinson's Disease
ABSTRACT Objective To explore the relationship between dopaminergic denervation and motor impairment in two de novo Parkinson's disease (PD) cohorts. Methods n = 249 PD patients from Parkinson's Progression Markers Initiative (PPMI) and n = 84 from an external clinical cohort.

CX3CL1 in Early Detection of Alzheimer's Disease: Plasma Dynamics Across Age and Disease Stages
ABSTRACT Backgrounds Alzheimer's disease (AD) is characterized by amyloid‐beta plaques, tau tangles, and neuroinflammation. C‐X3‐C motif chemokine ligand 1 (CX3CL1, also known as fractalkine), a neuroimmune chemokine implicated in AD pathogenesis, shows inconsistent alterations in plasma/serum across studies.

A Generic Framework for Higher-Order Generalizations.
We consider a generic framework for anti-unification of simply typed lambda terms. It helps to compute generalizations which contain maximally common top part of the input expressions, without nesting generalization variables. The rules of the corresponding anti-unification algorithm are formulated, and their soundness and termination are proved.

Generically computable linear orderings
We study notions of generic and coarse computability in the context of computable structure theory. Our notions are stratified by the $Σ_β$ hierarchy. We focus on linear orderings. We show that at the $Σ_1$ level all linear orderings have both generically and coarsely computable copies.

Fluid Biomarkers of Disease Burden and Cognitive Dysfunction in Progressive Supranuclear Palsy
ABSTRACT Objective Identifying objective biomarkers for progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) is crucial to improving diagnosis and establishing clinical trial and treatment endpoints. This study evaluated fluid biomarkers in PSP versus controls and their associations with regional 18F‐PI‐2620 tau‐PET, clinical, and cognitive outcomes.

GENERALIZED ORDER \((\alpha ,\beta)\) ORIENTED SOME GROWTH PROPERTIES OF COMPOSITE ENTIRE FUNCTIONS
In this paper we establish some results relating to the growths of composition of two entire functions with their corresponding left and right factors on the basis of their generalized order \((\alpha ,\beta )\) and generalized lower order \((\alpha ...

Developmental and Epileptic Encephalopathy due to Biallelic Pathogenic Variants in PIGM
ABSTRACT Objective PIGM encodes a critical enzyme in the glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)‐anchor biosynthesis pathway. While promoter‐region mutations in PIGM have been associated with a relatively mild phenotype characterized by portal vein thrombosis and absence seizures, recent evidence suggests that coding‐region mutations result in a more severe

Generalized Order Statistics from Kumaraswamy Distribution and ItsCharacterization
[[abstract]]We give explicit expressions and some recurrence relations for single and product moments of generalized order statistics from Kumaraswamy distribution. The results include as particular cases the above relations for moments of reversed order

Sheaves of nonlinear generalized functions and manifold-valued distributions
This paper is part of an ongoing program to develop a theory of generalized differential geometry. We consider the space G[X,Y] of Colombeau generalized functions defined on a manifold X and taking values in a manifold Y. This space is essential in order
