To determine the incidence and type of ras mutations in human soft tissue tumors, we studied 45 sarcomas, including 27 malignant fibrous histiocytomas (MFHs), 10 liposarcomas, 2 rhabdomyosarcomas, and 6 leiomyosarcomas.
