Optimization of Multiple Traveling Salesman Problem Based on Simulated Annealing Genetic Algorithm
It is very effective to solve the multi variable optimization problem by using hierarchical genetic algorithm. This thesis analyzes both advantages and disadvantages of hierarchical genetic algorithm and puts forward an improved simulated annealing ...

A Survey of Identification Experimental System Parameters Using Genetic Algorithm [PDF]
System parameter identification is the process of finding system parameters to convert physical control signals (usually torque) from theoretical controllers into signals that the hardware can generate for communication connected to model’s executive ...

Genetic Algorithm for Synchronization
We present a novel approach to the synchronization problem. It is a well-known fact that a problem of finding minimal (or: the shortest) synchronizing word (MSW) for a given synchronizing automaton is NP-complete. In this paper we present the genetic algorithm which tries, for a given automaton, to find possibly short word that synchronizes it.

Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

Breast cancer remains a major cause of cancer death in women, frequently developing endocrine therapy resistance. This study demonstrates that upregulated p21‐activated kinase 1 (PAK1) activity drives resistance to tamoxifen and long‐term estrogen deprivation in ER+ breast cancer models.

Matched spatial transcriptomics and single‐nuclei RNA‐seq were generated for anaplastic and BRAFV600E papillary thyroid cancers revealing generic and tumor‐specific states occurring in cancer cells and in the tumor microenvironment. In this context, cancer dedifferentiation mirrored organoid maturation through ordered thyroid marker gain/loss ...

A Novel RPL Algorithm Based on Chaotic Genetic Algorithm
RPL (routing protocol for low-power and lossy networks) is an important candidate routing algorithm for low-power and lossy network (LLN) scenarios. To solve the problems of using a single routing metric or no clearly weighting distribution theory of ...

Detecting circulating tumor cells (CTCs) in blood before surgery may help predict outcomes in patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). Here, we show when combined with tumor size and lymph node involvement from routine imaging, CTC status identifies high‐risk patients with poorer survival—offering a simple, minimally invasive tool ...

The genetic algorithm in science
AbstractAlgorithms developed for use in the study of artificial intelligence also show promise in such quite different fields as the physical and life sciences. These methods may have advantages in speed, scope, or both, over more conventional scientific methods, and expand the range of algorithmic techniques open to the scientist. The mechanism of one
