Improving PARP inhibitor efficacy in bladder cancer without genetic BRCAness by combination with PLX51107
Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Clinical trials on PARP inhibitors in urothelial carcinoma (UC) showed limited efficacy and a lack of predictive biomarkers.
