Effect of Laser Deoxidation on Adhesive‐Bonded Aluminum in an Oxygen‐Free Atmosphere
This study investigates laser ablation of aluminum under oxygen‐free conditions. The goal is to produce oxide‐free substrates that enable improved adhesive bonding with epoxy. Optimized laser parameters (90% overlap, 300 µJ) combined with oxide‐free substrates result in the highest tensile strength of the adhesive bond.

Generalised fluxes, Yang-Baxter deformations and the O(d,d) structure of non-abelian T -duality
Based on the construction of Poisson-Lie T -dual σ-models from a common parent action we study a candidate for the non-abelian respectively Poisson-Lie T -duality group.

Setup‐Optimized Sequencing in Job Shops: Modeling Workstation Productivity and Lateness Behavior
Setup‐optimized sequencing in job‐shop production creates a trade‐off between productivity improvement and schedule reliability. A WIP‐explicit modeling framework links sequencing‐induced productivity gains and lateness dispersion through the production operating curve.

A Study on the attitude of female high school students in Tiran and Koroun towards geometry instruction based on Van Hiele model [PDF]
Van Hiele theory is a learning model which presents different kinds of thought that students may experience when facing with Geometric shapes. It includes different levels from visual encounter with geometric shape to formal understanding of geometric ...

A combined finite element and phase‐field approach predicts the evolution of microstructure during the directional solidification of Ni‐based superalloys. The model reveals how withdrawal rate, temperature gradient, and wall thickness control the dendrite spacing, highlighting the strong effect of surface regions in thin sections where dendrite growth ...

Supersymmetric RG flows and Janus from type II orbifold compactification
We study holographic RG flow solutions within four-dimensional $$N=4$$ N = 4 gauged supergravity obtained from type IIA and IIB string theories compactified on $$T^6/\mathbb {Z}_2\times \mathbb {Z}_2$$ T 6 / Z 2 × Z 2 orbifold with gauge, geometric and ...

The wettability of aluminum droplets (Al) on different copper substrates (Cu), where liquid Al spreads on solid Cu surfaces to form a liquid–solid interface, is studied numerically and experimentally. The experimental and numerical results show good agreement in the fast‐spreading regime.
