PRELID1 and VDAC3 Coordinate a Senescence‐Like State in Germinal Center B Cells to Promote IL‐7–Driven Antitumor Immunity in Colorectal Cancer

Colorectal cancer is characterized by an immunosuppressive microenvironment that limits immunotherapy efficacy. We identify a senescence‐like state in germinal center B cells driven by the PRELID1–VDAC3 axis, which promotes IL‐7 secretion, alleviates CD8+ T‐cell exhaustion, and enhances antitumor immunity. TrxR2 Lactylation Facilitates Mitochondrial Protection and Endothelial Ferroptosis Resistance in Diabetic Cardiomyopathy

TrxR2 deletion in diabetic mice suppresses TUFM‐AMPK‐FUNDC1‐dependent mitophagy in endothelial cells, resulting in SCP2 upregulation and mitochondrial translocation of ACSL4. Mitochondrial ACSL4 promotes mitochondrial eicosanoid biosynthesis and ferroptosis, thereby aggravating cardiac microvascular injury and diabetic cardiomyopathy.

Sertoli Cell‐Derived Extracellular Vesicles Orchestrate Cadmium‐Induced Testicular Inflammation and Fibrosis

Environmental cadmium exposure disrupts testicular homeostasis through a novel intercellular communication axis. Stressed Sertoli cells release extracellular vesicles carrying damage‐associated molecular patterns and mitochondrial fragments, which activate macrophages via TLR4/NF‐κB signaling.
