Deforestation can increase sunlight penetration in freshwater ecosystems, leading to increased average water temperatures and stronger diel temperature fluctuations.

eFood, Volume 5, Issue 6, December 2024.M. crystallinum extract (MCE) contains d‐pinitol compound and d‐pinitol bind to the active site of 3‐hydroxy‐3‐methylglutaryl‐CoA reductase. MCE reduced hepatic fat and improved hyperlipidemic and related metabolic parameters in tyloxapol‐induced hyperlipidemia mice model.
