Global boundedness in a fully parabolic attraction–repulsion chemotaxis model

Mathematical Methods in the Applied Sciences, 2014
This paper deals with a fully parabolic attraction–repulsion chemotaxis system in two‐dimensional smoothly bounded domains. It is shown that the system admits global bounded classical solutions whenever the repulsion is dominated. The proof is based on an entropy‐like inequality and coupled estimate techniques.

Global boundedness in a 2D chemotaxis-Navier–Stokes system with flux limitation and nonlinear production

Mathematical Models and Methods in Applied Sciences, 2023
We consider the chemotaxis-Navier–Stokes system with gradient-dependent flux limitation and nonlinear production: [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] in a bounded domain [Formula: see text], where the ...

Global boundedness in the higher-dimensional chemotaxis system with indirect signal production and rotational flux

Applied Mathematics Letters, 2021
We consider a chemotaxis system with indirect signal production and rotational sensitivity: ∂ t u = Δ u − ∇ ⋅ ( S ( x , u , v , w ) ⋅ ∇ v ) + f ( u ) , ( x , t ) ∈ Ω × ( 0 , ∞ ) , ∂ t v = Δ v − v + w , ( x , t ) ∈ Ω × ( 0 , ∞ ) , ∂ t w = Δ w − w + u ...

Global Existence and Boundedness in Reaction-Diffusion Systems

SIAM Journal on Mathematical Analysis, 1987
Summary: In many applications, systems of reaction-diffusion equations arise in which the nature of the nonlinearity in the reaction terms renders ineffective the standard techniques (such as invariant sets and differential inequalities) for establishing global existence, boundedness, and asymptotic behavior of solutions.

Global boundedness and Hölder regularity of solutions to general p(x,t)‐Laplace parabolic equations

Mathematical methods in the applied sciences, 2020
In this paper, we establish global boundedness and Hölder regularity of the weak solution to the following parabolic p(x,t)‐Laplace equation: ut−diva(x,t,u,∇u)=b(x,t,u,∇u)inQT,u(x,t)=0on∂Ω×(0,T),u(x,0)=u0inΩ, under some proper assumptions on a and b. The

Global boundedness and large time behavior of a chemotaxis system with indirect signal absorption

Journal of Differential Equations, 2020
The paper considers the following system { u t = Δ u − ∇ ⋅ ( u ∇ v ) + f ( u ) , x ∈ Ω , t > 0 , v t = Δ v − v w , x ∈ Ω , t > 0 , w t = − δ w + u , x ∈ Ω , t > 0 under homogeneous Neumann boundary conditions in a bounded domain Ω ⊂ R n ( n ≥ 2 ) with ...
