Determination of the safety of glycopeptides lactic acid bacteria in laboratory animals
The study of acute toxicity and allergenity glycopeptides lactic acid bacteria in mice and rabbits. At the present level of physical, chemical and biological pollution of the environment, domestic and farm animals in no less, if not more than people ...

Deep Learning Enables Identification of Antimicrobial Peptides Through Mechanochromic Fingerprints
We demonstrate a new platform for antimicrobial peptide identification by combining polydiacetylene, hyperspectral imaging, and deep learning. The trained model classifies distinct spectral fingerprints into 14 peptide classes with 96.79% accuracy, revealing previously hidden molecular information beyond conventional colorimetric sensing.

SSR4, a TRAP component induced in B cells, governs BAFFR N‐glycosylation via DDOST to sustain NF‐κB signaling, B‐cell differentiation, and TLS maturation. Its loss impairs anti‐tumor immunity, while overexpression improves antibody glycosylation and ADCC, revealing a critical regulator for cancer immunotherapy.
