Determination of glycyrrhizic acid in crude extract of Codonopsis licorice by HPLC

open access: yesSiliao yanjiu, 2023
The paper was to establish a method for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid in the crude extract of Codonopsis licorice as liquid feed material. The HPLC was performed on an Agilent-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-0.2 mol/L ammonium ...

Synthesis of complex compounds of the monoammonium salt of glycyrrhizic acid and thiourea [PDF]

open access: yesE3S Web of Conferences, 2023
With poor (low) solubility in the aquatic environment, highly toxic drugs (aspirin, doxorubicin, daunorubicin, sulfonamides and others), a low level of glycyrrhizic acid (HA) leads to a decrease in the toxicity of drugs and increases their biological ...

Determination of Glycyrrhizic Acid in Foods

open access: yesFood Hygiene and Safety Science (Shokuhin Eiseigaku Zasshi), 1988
An analytical procedure for glycyrrhizic acid (GA) in foods by liquid-liquid extraction is presented. GA in a sample was extracted with 1% ammonium hydroxide solution. After the sample extract was adjusted pH to 2.0 with 3N hydrochloric acid, GA was extracted with 1-butanol-ethyl acetate (3:7) solvent mixture.
