GnRH antagonists in the treatment of infertility
GnRH analogues were introduced into clinical practice more than 20 years ago. The recent development of new GnRH antagonists (GnRHant) has revolutionized the treatment protocols of infertility. Ovarian stimulation has become easier, safer and more convenient for patients.

Orally administered recombinant human type III collagen protects the gastric mucosa from ethanol‐induced injury by coordinating redox homeostasis, epithelial barrier repair, and arachidonic acid–prostaglandin metabolism. Gastric digestion releases the pentapeptide GPAEF, which interacts with the Pla2g4a promoter G‐quadruplex in a structure‐dependent ...

Accumulating evidence suggests that KNDy neurons located in the hypothalamic arcuate nucleus (ARC), which are reported to express kisspeptin, neurokinin B, and dynorphin A, are indispensable for the gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) pulse generation ...

Parametric Analysis of Spiking Neurons in 16 nm Fin Field‐Effect Transistor Technology
Energy efficient computing has driven a shift toward brain‐inspired neuromorphic hardware. This study explores the design of three distinct silicon neuron topologies implemented in 16 nm fin field‐Effect transistor technology. While the Axon‐Hillock design achieves gigahertz throughput, its functional fragility persists. The Morris–Lecar model captures

A Patient Friendly Corifollitropin Alfa Protocol without Routine Pituitary Suppression in Normal Responders. [PDF]
The release of corifollitropin alfa simplifies daily injections of short-acting recombinant follicular stimulating hormone (rFSH), and its widely-used protocol involves short-acting gonadotropins supplements and a fixed GnRH antagonist regimen, largely ...

ABSTRACT This study explored fasting‐induced physiological remodeling effects on meat quality in aged laying hens. Fasting for 15 days (F15) significantly reduced abdominal fat, intermuscular fat width, subcutaneous fat thickness, and liver index versus pre‐fasting (F0) (p < 0.05), which recovered post‐refeeding.
