A Biomarker‐Driven Ovary–Endometrium Organ‐on‐a‐Chip Mimicking 3D Multicellular Complexity and Menstrual Cyclicity for Predicting Reproductive Toxicity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We present a dual‐organ, biomarker‐integrated ovaryendometrium organ‐on‐a‐chip that recapitulates 3D tissue complexity, menstrual cycle dynamics, and hormonal crosstalk. This platform enables real‐time, cell‐typespecific fluorescent readouts of reproductive toxicity using ANGPTL4 and SERPINB2 as early‐response reporters.

A comparative study of ultrasound and thermal processing: Effects on goat milk stability and protein structure

open access: yesJournal of Dairy Science
: Ultrasonic treatment has been shown to improve the functional properties and quality of proteins; however, the effects of ultrasound on the proteins in goat milk and the quality of goat milk are not clear. In this study, we aimed to analyze the thermal

XIAP Stabilizes DDRGK1 to Promote ER‐Phagy and Protects Against Noise‐Induced Hearing Loss

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Mechanism of GAS‐mediated protection against noise‐induced hearing loss (NIHL). Noise exposure activates the ATF4/eIF2α axis, downregulating XIAP and promoting DDRGK1 degradation, thereby inhibiting ER‐phagy and leading to hair cell (HC) death. GAS treatment rescues XIAP and DDRGK1 expression, reactivating ER‐phagy to mitigate HC loss, synaptic damage,

Nuclear Factor I‐B Delays Liver Fibrosis by Inhibiting Chemokine Ligand 5 Transcription

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study identifies the transcription factor Nuclear Factor I‐B (NFIB) as a key suppressor of liver fibrosis. NFIB expression declines during hepatic stellate cell activation, and its overexpression reduces fibrosis in mice models. The mechanism involves NFIB directly repressing chemokine C─C motif ligand 5 (CCL5), thereby alleviating oxidative ...

Homoisoflavanone Delays Colorectal Cancer Progression via DNA Damage‐Induced Mitochondrial Apoptosis and Parthanatos‐Like Cell Death

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Homoisoflavanone (HIF), a bioactive compound isolated from Polygonatum kingianum, selectively suppresses colorectal cancer progression by inducing DNA damage‐mediated mitochondrial apoptosis and parthanatos‐like cell death. HIF triggers mitochondrial dysfunction, including depolarized membrane potential, elevated ROS, and ATP depletion, while impairing

Inhibition of SLC11A1‐Mediated Lysosomal Iron Accumulation in Microglia Promotes Repair Following White Matter Stroke

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Genetic and pharmacological inhibition of SLC11A1 functioning as an H+/Fe2+ antiporter–mediated lysosomal iron accumulation in microglia promotes lysosomal lumen acidification, increases CTSD expression, enhances lysosomal myelin debris uptake and degradation, and promotes repair following white matter stroke. ABSTRACT White matter stroke (WMS) results

PENGARUH JENIS KONSENTRASI KOAGULAN TERHADAP MUTU KEJU MOZZARELLA DARI SUSU KAMBING PERANAKAN ETAWA [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
Goat milk was popular for health and beauty product. The benefit of goat milk has not been fully realized in food product because of the price quite expensive and the smells of goat milk called “prengus” which most people dislike.
