The gold(I) thiolate complexes [Au(2-SC6H4NH2)(PPh3)] (1), [PPN][Au(2-SC6H4NH2)2] (2) (PPN = PPh3=N=PPh3), and [{Au(2-SC6H4NH2)}2(mu-dppm)] (3) (dppm = PPh2CH2PPh2) have been prepared by reaction of acetylacetonato gold(I) precursors with 2-aminobenzenethiol in the appropriate molar ratio. All products are intensely photoluminescent at 77 K.

Perceptual decisions do not occur in isolation but instead reflect ongoing evaluation and adjustment processes that can affect future decisions. However, the neuronal substrates of these across-decision processes are not well understood, particularly for

Neoteric chemical transformation involving gold based photocatalysis
Gold photocatalysis includes a diverse set of gold-catalyzed processes with essentially distinctive fundamental stages. When photocatalysis and gold catalysis are combined, then it results to change the valence of the gold centre by electron transfer and

Gold(
Gold(ii) species catalyse the cyclisation of N(2-propyn-1-yl)benzamide to 2-phenyl-5-vinylidene-2-oxazoline without halide abstraction while the neutral gold(i) complex is inactive indicating a gold(ii/i) redox-switch.

Ongoing, rational calibration of reward-driven perceptual biases
Decision-making is often interpreted in terms of normative computations that maximize a particular reward function for stable, average behaviors. Aberrations from the reward-maximizing solutions, either across subjects or across different sessions for ...

Gold(III) Complexation in the Presence of the Macropolyhedral Hydridoborate Cluster [B20H18]2−
Gold(III) complexation with the octadecahydrido-eicosaborate anion [B20H18]2− was studied for the first time. It was found that when gold(III) complexes [Au(L)Cl2]BF4 (L = bipy, phen) reacted with [B20H18]2−, complexes [Au(L)Cl2]2[B20H18] were isolated ...

Deactivation of gold(I) catalysts in the presence of thiols and amines – characterisation and catalysis [PDF]
Thiols and amines, which are common heteroatom nucleophiles in gold-catalysed reactions, are known to dampen the reactivity of gold catalysts. In this article, the identity and activity of gold(I) catalysts in the presence of thiols and amines is ...

A Study of the Electrodeposition of Gold Process in Iodine Leaching Solution
This paper mainly discusses electrodeposition of gold from iodine leaching solution through single-factor testing and explores the influence of gold concentration in catholyte, mass fraction of iodine in anolyte, anolyte n(I2):n(I−), cell voltage ...
