Summary: For a graph \(G\) having adjacency spectrum \((A\)-spectrum) \( \lambda_n\leq\lambda_{n-1}\leq\cdots\leq\lambda_1\) and Laplacian spectrum \((L\)-spectrum) \(0=\mu_n\leq\mu_{n-1}\leq\cdots\leq\mu_1\), the energy is defined as \(E(G)=\sum_{i=1}^n|\lambda_i|\) and the Laplacian energy is defined as \(LE(G)=\sum_{i=1}^n|\mu_i-\frac{2m}{n}|\).

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Oncogenic DMTF1β promotes cancer cell motility by regulating autophagy through ULK1 stabilization
In the current study, we demonstrate that the oncogene DMTF1β regulates ULK1 stability by reducing its proteasomal degradation in cancer cells. This stabilization enables ULK1 to induce autophagy, which in turn facilitates cancer cell migration. Consequently, reduced DMTF1β levels lead to decreased autophagy and impaired cancer cell migration.

Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes.
