Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Finding novel vulnerabilities of hypomorphic BRCA1 alleles
Synthetic lethality screens performed to identify novel vulnerabilities often model complete gene loss, thereby overlooking patient‐derived hypomorphic mutations. In this study, we have performed genome‐wide CRISPR screens on BRCA1 hypomorphic mutations, showing BRCA1I26A behaves like wild‐type, while BRCA1R1699Q mimics deficiency. Furthermore, we have

Steiner graphical t -wise balanced designs of type n \u3c sup\u3e r \u3c/sup\u3e
In this article we completely determines all proper Steiner graphical t-wise balanced designs whose automorphisms contain the group SnwrSr (wreath product) acting on the set of n2r2 edges of the complete r-partite graph, Kn,n,...,n.

MITF maintains genome stability in nonmelanocyte lineages
MITF is essential for melanocyte survival and acts as an oncogene in 10%–20% of melanomas. We show that MITF depletion causes genome instability in nonmelanocytic cells, leading to LATS2‐mediated P53 activation, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis. This study highlights the role of MITF as a genome maintenance factor beyond the melanocyte lineage. Created

Quantitative literacy practices in civil engineering study: designs for teaching and learning
: Higher education needs to produce increasing numbers of good quality graduates. Included herein is the need for graduates that can engage in high level quantitative literacy practices, which requires designs for learning that understand how texts are ...

We introduce a theory of hypergraphical t-designs. We show the existence of these designs and prove a finiteness theorem on these designs for infinitely many parameter sets. We also give effective bounds on the number of points in these cases.

Graphical Smooth Switching Control Method of Four-Switch Buck-Boost Converter in Fuel Cell Systems
This paper proposes a graphical smooth switching control method for a four-switch Buck-Boost (FSBB) converter in fuel cell systems. Traditional FSBB converters can reduce average inductance current in multi-mode operations.

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in
