Green Design Methods for Mass Customization
Applied Mechanics and Materials, 2014With the wide application of MC (mass customization) in manufacturing which can deal with the customer diversification and their individual requirements, the traditional green design method could not meet the demand of product development any more. This paper summarized native and external achievements related to green design and MC, and proposed two ...

Green function approach to mass fluctuation waves
Journal of Low Temperature Physics, 1972In earlier work, a model Hamiltonian has been used to study in detail the effects of4He impurities in solid3He. Starting with this Hamiltonian we use the Green function method, with a suitable decoupling scheme, to study the “mass fluctuation” waves caused by the impurities, and also to study the effect of the impurity terms in the Hamiltonian on the ...

A Green function approach to effective mass theory
Proceedings of the Physical Society, 1967Effective mass theory is reformulated in terms of one-electron Green's functions. This enables a generalization of effective mass theory to be made and leads to an approximate Green function for the periodic lattice. The Green function is evaluated for a two-band model and used to calculate the energy levels of a hydrogenic impurity.
