Binding hotspots of BAZ2B bromodomain:histone interaction revealed by solution NMR driven docking [PDF]
Bromodomains are epigenetic reader domains, which have come under increasing scrutiny both from academic and pharmaceutical research groups. Effective targeting of the BAZ2B bromodomain by small molecule inhibitors has been recently reported, but no ...

CASD-NMR: critical assessment of automated structure determination by NMR [PDF]
NMR spectroscopy is currently the only technique for determining the solution structure of biological macromolecules. This typically requires both the assignment of resonances and a labor-intensive analysis of multidimensional nuclear Overhauser effect ...

A NMR guided approach for CsrA–RNA crystallization [PDF]
Structure determination of protein–nucleic acid complexes remains a challenging task. Here we present a simple method for generating crystals of a CsrA–nucleic acid complex, guided entirely by results from nuclear magnetic resonances spectroscopy (NMR ...

Detection of Aphid-Infested Mustard Crop Using Ground Spectroscopy
Timely detection of pest infestation in agricultural crops plays a pivotal role in the planning and execution of pest management interventions. In this study, a ground measured electromagnetic spectrum through hyperspectral sensing (400–2500 nm) was conducted in healthy and aphid-infested mustard crops in different regions of the Bharatpur district of ...

Spectroscopy of solar prominences from space and ground
AbstractTwo quiescent solar prominences were observed in July 2000 from SUMER aboard SOHO and from the two German solar telescopes at Tenerife. Two‐dimensional images taken at the VTT simultaneously in the spectral lines Hβ at 4862 Å and Ca II at 8542 Å show no significant spatial variation of their pressure‐sensitive emission ratio.
