A first‐harmonic push–push oscillator based active integrated dual‐beam switchable array antenna
Conceptual diagram of the proposed beam switchable AIAA. The proposed AIAA comprises a first‐harmonic push–push oscillator, four linearly polarized microstrip antennas, and a switchable feed network. By using the switchable feed network, the main beam direction of the radiation pattern can be switched between two states.

This review presents the development of planar Gunn diodes over the last few years for the implementation of millimetre-wave sources. The fabrication procedure incorporates electron beam lithography and the oscillation frequency is determined by the anode-to-cathode distance.
