A Meta-Learning Approach for Estimating Heterogeneous Treatment Effects Under Hölder Continuity
Estimating heterogeneous treatment effects plays a vital role in many statistical applications, such as precision medicine and precision marketing. In this paper, we propose a novel meta-learner, termed RXlearner for estimating the conditional average ...

A Note on Hölder Continuity of Solution Set for Parametric Vector Quasiequilibrium Problems
By using a scalarization technique, we extend and sharpen the results in S. Li and X. Li (2011) on the Hölder continuity of the solution sets of parametric vector equilibrium problems to the case of parametric vector quasiequilibrium problems in ...

H\"older Regularity For Integro-Differential Equations With Nonlinear Directional Dependence [PDF]
We prove H\"older regularity results for a class of nonlinear elliptic integro-differential operators with integration kernels whose ellipticity bounds are strongly directionally dependent.

In this study, we developed a deep learning method for mitotic figure counting in H&E‐stained whole‐slide images and evaluated its prognostic impact in 13 external validation cohorts from seven different cancer types. Patients with more mitotic figures per mm2 had significantly worse patient outcome in all the studied cancer types except colorectal ...

Single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assays for high‐throughput DNA–protein interaction studies
We describe an optimised single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assay that visualises DNA–protein interactions in real time. Linear DNA fragments are tethered to a surface and stretched by buffer flow for fluorescence imaging. Using λ and φX174 DNA, this protocol enhances reproducibility and accessibility, providing a versatile approach for studying diverse ...

Here we generalize quasilinear parabolic p-Laplacian type equations to obtain the prototype equation $$ u_t - \hbox{div} \Big(\frac{g(|Du|)}{|Du|} Du\Big) = 0, $$ where g is a nonnegative, increasing, and continuous function trapped in between two

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Hölder Continuous Implementation [PDF]
Building upon the classical concept of Holder continuity and the notion of "continuous implementation"introduced in Oury and Tercieux (2009), we define Hölder continuous implementation.

Digital twins to accelerate target identification and drug development for immune‐mediated disorders
Digital twins integrate patient‐derived molecular and clinical data into personalised computational models that simulate disease mechanisms. They enable rapid identification and validation of therapeutic targets, prediction of drug responses, and prioritisation of candidate interventions.

Long‐Term Follow‐Up of Chemotherapy‐Associated Biological Aging in Women With Early Breast Cancer
Women threated with adjuvant chemotherapy for early breast cancer have sustained long‐term increase in p16INK4a,, a robust marker of cell senescence, suggesting a chemotherapy‐associated age acceleration. p16INK4a as well as other biomarkers may identify patients at greatest risk for senescence‐related diseases of aging.
