ラクトコッカス ラクティスH61 加熱死菌が子ブタの免疫系へ及ぼす影響
畜産研究部門保有のLactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris H61 （H61） が免疫系へ与える影響を調べるため，9 週齢のLWD 交雑種ブタへ加熱処理菌体 （体重25kg あたり×1010 個） を毎朝1 回，通常量の抗生剤を含む飼料の給餌時に与えた。投与開始前日（ Day0） と 2 週間後（ Day14） の午前 10 時に採血し，分離した末梢血中単核球（ PBMC） からCD3，CD4，CD8，CD16，CD21，WC1 抗体に対する細胞表面抗原マーカー陽性細胞とリンパ球サブセットの比率，およびナチュラルキラー細胞障害活性 （NK 活性） をフローサイトメーターにて測定した。血漿コルチゾール濃度と血漿中の免疫グロブリン（ IgA と IgG） 濃度の測定を行った。
