Hadron widths in mixed-phase matter [PDF]
We derive classically an expression for a hadron width in a two-phase region of hadron gas and quark-gluon plasma (QGP). The presence of QGP gives hadrons larger widths than they would have in a pure hadron gas.

This document is one of a series of whitepapers from the USQCD collaboration. Here, we discuss opportunities for lattice QCD calculations related to the structure and spectroscopy of hadrons and nuclei. An overview of recent lattice calculations of the structure of the proton and other hadrons is presented along with prospects for future extensions ...

$$P_{cc}^N$$ P cc N states in a unitarized coupled-channel approach
Starting from an effective Lagrangian with heavy quark spin symmetry embedded, the coupled-channel dynamics of the doubly charmed systems $$D^{(*)} \Sigma _c^{(*)}$$ D ( ∗ ) Σ c ( ∗ ) is investigated. The potential underlying our investigation includes t-

Direct hadron production in hadronic collisions [PDF]
The scaling behavior of the invariant production cross section is a powerful tool in order to probe the dynamics of particle production. Here, we investigate the scaling properties of large- p ⊥ hadron, jet and prompt photon production in hadronic collisions by comparing systematically world data to NLO QCD predictions.

Nuclear Attenuation of high energy two-hadron system in the string model [PDF]
Nuclear attenuation of the two-hadron system is considered in the string model. The two-scale model and its improved version with two different choices of constituent formation time and sets of parameters obtained earlier for the single hadron ...

Precision QCD Event Shapes at Hadron Colliders: The Transverse Energy-Energy Correlator in the Back-to-Back Limit. [PDF]
We present an operator-based factorization formula for the transverse energy-energy correlator (TEEC) hadron collider event shape in the back-to-back (dijet) limit.

Changes of hadronic properties in dense nuclear matter as predicted by theory have usually been investigated by means of relativistic heavy-ion reactions. In this talk I show that observable consequences of such changes can also be seen in more elementary reactions on nuclei.
