Research Trends in Telogen Effluvium From 1975 to 2025: A Bibliometric Analysis

open access: yesJEADV Clinical Practice, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Telogen effluvium (TE) is a common cause of diffuse hair loss. Bibliometric analyses systematically map research trends to identify influential studies and reveal knowledge gaps. Objectives To characterize research trends, influential publications, and knowledge gaps in the telogen effluvium literature through bibliometric analysis ...

Thermal Injury Producing Melanoma‐Like Features on Reflectance Confocal Microscopy

open access: yesLasers in Surgery and Medicine, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objectives Reflectance confocal microscopy (RCM) improves diagnostic specificity for equivocal pigmented lesions; however, certain conditions may mimic melanoma and limit its accuracy. We aimed to characterize RCM features of thermally injured lesions that mimic melanoma.

Navigating the Complexity: A Comprehensive Review of GSK‐3 Inhibition in Regenerative Medicine

open access: yesMedicinal Research Reviews, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Glycogen synthase kinase‐3 (GSK‐3) is a central regulator of numerous cellular signaling pathways, with critical roles in metabolism, proliferation, differentiation, and tissue regeneration. This review explores the multifaceted effects of pharmacological GSK‐3 inhibition across multiple body districts, focusing on its highly context‐dependent

Immunomodulatory, Antibacterial, Antioxidative and EGF‐Delivering Hydrogel Remodels Wound Microenvironment for Infected Diabetic Wound Healing

open access: yesNational Materials, EarlyView.
In this study, we engineered an antibacterial, antioxidative and epidermal grow factor‐encapsulated multifunctional hydrogel for the repair of chronic and refractory wounds. The hydrogel markedly promoted wound healing in rat models of diabetic foot ulcers and infected wounds by modulating wound microenvironment.

Nutritional management, dietary intervention, and long‐term monitoring in pediatric Prader–Willi syndrome: A 3‐year case‐based clinical observation

open access: yesNutrition in Clinical Practice, EarlyView.
Abstract Nutritional management is fundamental in Prader–Willi syndrome (PWS), but longitudinal data from routine pediatric practice are limited. We describe a 3‐year nutritional follow‐up of a boy with PWS complicated by obesity, insulin resistance, dyslipidemia, hyperuricemia, and fatty liver.

Intersection of systemic lupus erythematosus and autoimmune thyroid disease: Shared pathophysiology, epidemiology, diagnosis, and management

open access: yesRheumatology &Autoimmunity, EarlyView.
A proposed mechanistic framework of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and autoimmune thyroid disease (AITD) pathogenesis. In Stage 1, genetically susceptible individuals harbor risk variants within major histocompatibility complex (HLA) and non‐HLA loci that impair central and peripheral immune tolerance mechanisms within the thymic and peripheral ...
