Targeted modulation of IGFL2‐AS1 reveals its translational potential in cervical adenocarcinoma
Cervical adenocarcinoma patients face worse outcomes than squamous cell carcinoma counterparts despite similar treatment. The identification of IGFL2‐AS1's differential expression provides a molecular basis for distinguishing these histotypes, paving the way for personalized therapies and improved survival in vulnerable populations globally.

Asymptotic formulas for solutions of half-linear Euler-Weber equation
We establish improved asymptotic formulas for nonoscillatory solutions of the half-linear Euler-Weber type differential equation $$ (\Phi(x'))'+\left[\frac{\gamma_p}{t^p}+\frac{\mu_p}{t^p\log^2 t}\right]\Phi(x)=0, \quad \Phi(x):=|x|^{p-2}x,\quad p>1 ...

We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

Secants of Abelian Varieties, Theta functions, and Soliton Equations
This paper is a survey on relations between secant identities and soliton equations and applications of soliton equations to problems of algebraic geometry, i.e., the Riemann-Schottky problem and its analogues.

Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.

Promiscuous stimulation of HSP70 ATPase activity by parasite‐derived J‐domains
The malaria parasite Plasmodium falciparum exports three highly homologous yet functionally divergent J‐domain proteins into human erythrocytes. Here, we show that J‐domains isolated from all three proteins effectively stimulate the ATPase activity of both endogenous host and exported parasite HSP70 chaperones.

Sturm-Liouville Eigenvalue Problems for Half- Linear Ordinary Differential Equations
The authors consider the half-linear Sturm-Liouville eigenvalue problem \[ \begin{gathered} (p(t)|x'|^{\alpha-1}x')'+\lambda q(t)|x|^{\alpha-1}x=0, \qquad a\leq t\leq b,\tag{HL}\\ Ax(a)-A'x'(a)=0,\qquad Bx(b)+B'x'(b)=0,\end{gathered} \] where \(\alpha>0\) is a constant, \(p,q\) are real-valued continuous functions on \([a,b]\) with \(p(t)>0\) and ...

This study investigated a novel WST‐8‐based assay for evaluating d‐Amino acid oxidase (DAO) inhibitors. We confirmed its effectiveness using known inhibitors and found that uremic toxins possess relatively weak inhibitory activity compared to existing drugs.

Forced Oscillation of Second-Order Half-Linear Dynamic Equations on Time Scales
We will establish a new interval oscillation criterion for second-order half-linear dynamic equation (r(t)[xΔ(t)]α)Δ+p(t)xα(σ(t))=f(t) on a time scale T which is unbounded, which is a extension of the oscillation result for second order linear dynamic ...
