The effect of photodynamic therapy in head and neck cancer: A comprehensive review of in vivo models
This review evaluates Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) in in vivo head and neck cancer models. PDT effectively generates ROS, reducing tumor growth, cell proliferation and angiogenesis while enhancing survival and immune responses.
