Abstract Background Para‐testicular rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) is a rare and aggressive malignancy primarily affecting children and adolescents, with peak incidence between ages 2 and 5 years. Extragonadal germ cell tumors (EGCTs) are rare, with limited prospective data to guide treatment or inform prognosis. Incidence and treatment patterns of EGCT in Australia reflect international data and practices.
