ABSTRACT Background Resistance to 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU) remains a major obstacle in colorectal cancer (CRC) treatment. Trifluridine (FTD), the active component of TAS‐102, exerts cytotoxicity through DNA incorporation and reportedly remains active in 5‐FU‐resistant tumors, though with limited clinical efficacy.

ABSTRACT Background Glioblastoma (GBM) is a common brain cancer with a poor prognosis and a high recurrence rate. DNA damage repair plays a crucial role in GBM carcinogenesis and treatment resistance. Human endogenous bornavirus‐like nucleoprotein 1 (EBLN1) regulates cellular processes and genetic stability. However, the biological role of EBLN1 in GBM

Lactoferrin and Nanotechnology: New Insights Into Glioblastoma Therapy
Current glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) management primarily relies on surgery, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy; however, therapeutic efficacy remains limited due to tumor invasiveness and restricted drug penetration across the blood–brain barrier. Lactoferrin (LF), an iron‐binding glycoprotein with receptor‐mediated transport capability, has emerged as a

A recombinant AAV delivered tumour gene therapy. NF‐κB drives tumour‐selective antigen (e.g., CD20) expression. Ectopic CD20 enables rituximab repurposing to solid tumours. ADCC, ADCP, and CDC contribute to the antitumour activity. Abstract Background Despite the clinical success of cancer immunotherapies, their efficacy is often compromised by antigen‐
