The Nyquist criterion: a useful tool for the robust design of continuous-time ΣΔ modulators [PDF]
This paper introduces a figure of merit for the robustness of continuous-time sigma-delta modulators. It is based on the Nyquist criterion for the equivalent discrete-time (DT) loop filter.

Our study identifies the HDACs‐STAT3 axis as key regulator for M2 macrophage accumulation in DLBCL. We developed Chid@M2pep‐EVs/TP, a pH‐responsive drug delivery system for M2 macrophage specific chidamide administration. By coupling M2‐targeted chidamide with EVs‐mediated delivery, this system reprograms M2 to M1 via HDAC inhibition and STAT3 ...

Histone deacetylase activity is decreased in peripheral blood monocytes in patients with COPD
Background Histone deacetylase (HDAC) is an enzyme that regulates chromatin structure and inflammatory gene expression. In patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), while accumulating evidence indicates that the activity of HDAC is ...

Epi-drugs in combination with immunotherapy: a new avenue to improve anticancer efficacy [PDF]
Immune checkpoint factors, such as programmed cell death protein-1/2 (PD-1, PD-2) or cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated antigen-4 (CTLA-4) receptors, are targets for monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) developed for cancer immunotherapy.

A Novel Function of Nonadecanoic Acid in Regulating Glucose Homeostasis
This study identifies the odd‐chain fatty acid C19:0 as an endogenous ligand of GPR120 that promotes glucose homeostasis via Gαq signaling. In obesity, elevated palmitic acid suppresses endogenous C19:0 production through a miRNA–PPARα–HACL1 pathway, offering a promising direction for understanding the role of OCFAs in human health.

A novel mechanism of action of HER2 targeted immunotherapy is explained by inhibition of NRF2 function in ovarian cancer cells [PDF]
Nuclear erythroid related factor-2 (NRF2) is known to promote cancer therapeutic detoxification and crosstalk with growth promoting pathways. HER2 receptor tyrosine kinase is frequently overexpressed in cancers leading to uncontrolled receptor activation

Material‐Induced Nuclear Deformation Controls Chromatin Architecture in Adipose Stem Cells
Tuning cell and cytoskeleton mechanics modulated nuclear shape and heterochromatin organization in ASCs. Distinct cytoskeletal architectures induced nuclear morphologies from oblate to prolate ellipsoids. Large elongated cells with a structured actin cap exhibited high nuclear strain, driving nuclear envelope deformation and heterochromatin ...
