Advanced Science, EarlyView.A novel dendritic nano‐based slippery coating (DNSC), fabricated by encapsulating carboxyl silicone oil within amino dendritic silica nanoparticles and co‐embedding them in an epoxy resin matrix. Advanced Science, EarlyView.Tumor dsDNA released by cryoablation is taken up by macrophages, activating the cGAS‐STING signaling pathway. This leads to an expansion of the CXCL10+ macrophage pool and increased secretion of CXCL10, which in turn recruits CXCR3+ T cells from draining lymph nodes into the tumor microenvironment to exert anti‐tumor effects.
