On hemicontinuity of bifunctions for solving equilibrium problems
This paper deals with solving equilibrium problems under local conditions on equilibrium bifunctions. Some techniques first considered for multivalued mixed variational inequalities are investigated and applied to equilibrium problems.

Some remarks on lower hemicontinuity of convex multivalued mappings [PDF]
For a multifunction a condition sufficient for lower hemicontinuity is presented. It is shown that under convexity of graph it is possible for a multifunction to be not continuous only when a special representation of points of its domain is not feasible.

On Some Variational Inequalities Involving Second-Order Partial Derivatives
By using the monotonicity, hemicontinuity, and pseudomonotonicity of the considered integral functionals, we studied the well-posedness of some variational inequality problems governed by partial derivatives of the second-order. To this aim, we introduce

Well-Posedness Results of Certain Variational Inequalities
Well-posedness and generalized well-posedness results are examined for a class of commanded variational inequality problems. In this regard, by using the concepts of hemicontinuity, monotonicity, and pseudomonotonicity of the considered functional, and ...

Demicontinuity and hemicontinuity in Fréchet space [PDF]
It is proved that the notions of demicontinuity and hemicontinuity for monotone maps from a Fréchet space into its dual are equivalent, thus generalizing a result of T. Kato.

Metric characterizations for well-posedness of split hemivariational inequalities [PDF]
In this paper, we generalize the concept of well-posedness to a class of split hemivariational inequalities. By imposing very mild assumptions on involved operators, we establish some metric characterizations of the well-posedness for the split ...

On Well-Posedness of Some Constrained Variational Problems
By considering the new forms of the notions of lower semicontinuity, pseudomonotonicity, hemicontinuity and monotonicity of the considered scalar multiple integral functional, in this paper we study the well-posedness of a new class of variational ...

Brezis Pseudomonotonicity is Strictly Weaker than Ky–Fan Hemicontinuity [PDF]
In 1968, H. Brezis introduced a notion of operator pseudomonotonicity which provides a unified approach to monotone and nonmonotone variational inequalities (VIs). A closely related notion is that of Ky-Fan hemicontinuity, a continuity property which arises if the famous Ky-Fan minimax inequality is applied to the VI framework.
