Amblyomma sculptum showed a plasmatocyte‐dominant haemocyte profile. Beauveria bassiana increased plasmatocytes and reduced granulocytes, whereas Metarhizium robertsii did not cause significant changes. ABSTRACT NEMO‐deleted exon 5 autoinflammatory syndrome (NEMO‐NDAS) is the result of a gain‐of‐function IKBKG pathogenic variant leading to dysregulated NF‐κB signaling and systemic inflammation. We present a case of NEMO‐NDAS in a 2‐year‐old female presenting with recurrent fevers, subcutaneous nodules, lymphadenopathy, and splenomegaly.

Effect of blood meals and mating on biodemographic characteristics of Aedes albopictus
Lifespan did not differ between virgin and mated males and females. The number of blood meals (one and two) significantly reduced adult lifespan compared with those with no blood meal. The effect of the second blood meal doubled females' egg production and their reproductive output.
