Risk factors associated with progression from pre‐eclampsia to eclampsia: A prospective cohort study and population‐wide data analysis

Younger maternal age and lower socioeconomic status emerged as key risk factors for progression from pre‐eclampsia to eclampsia in two low‐ and middle‐income countries (Uganda and Ecuador), challenging the traditional focus on disease severity alone.
