Key Clinical Message Acquired thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura is a life‐threatening condition that rarely presents during pregnancy. Early diagnosis and treatment with plasma exchange is needed to achieve a good pregnancy outcome.

Coxiella burnetii Infection Among Blood Donors From Baden‐Wuerttemberg Province and Hesse Province, Germany: A Multicentre Cross‐Sectional Serological Study

This study analyzes the seroprevalence of Coxiella burnetii in a German non‐risk population using a stratified sampling approach across two federal states (n = 8400 potential samples). Screening of over 5000 blood donors reveals an overall seroprevalence of 2.96%.
