Total duplication of the femur and polydactyly in the same limb of a Korean native calf

open access: yesVeterinary Record Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 4, November 2026.
Abstract This case report describes a neonatal Korean native calf presenting with total duplication of the femur and polydactyly within the same hindlimb—an extremely rare congenital anomaly not previously reported in cattle. The calf exhibited marked structural deformities and inability to stand independently.

Identification of Prognostic Factors and Regulatory Pathways in Porto‐Sinusoidal Vascular Disorder

open access: yesLiver International, Volume 46, Issue 11, November 2026.
ABSTRACT Background and Aims Porto‐sinusoidal vascular disorder (PSVD) is a rare liver condition characterized by specific histological features primarily affecting the hepatic sinusoidal and periportal vasculature, in the absence of cirrhosis. This study aimed to identify prognostic factors and regulatory pathways associated with PSVD by integrating ...

Histopathologic Analysis of the Morpho‐Functional Zones of the Human Acetabular Labrum

open access: yesClinical Anatomy, Volume 39, Issue 7, Page 787-800, October 2026.
ABSTRACT The structural and functional adaptation of soft tissues to mechanical load controls their ability to withstand injury and influences their capacity for healing. Similar to the knee meniscus, the acetabular labrum exhibits zonal differences in mechanical load distribution, resulting in distinct regions with unique structural and functional ...

Multifunctional Assessment of Rock‐Salt (Co0.2Cu0.2Mg0.2Ni0.2Zn0.2)O High‐Entropy Oxide: CO2 Hydrogenation Activity and Environmental Impact

open access: yesChemCatChem, Volume 18, Issue 19, 14 October 2026.
The study demonstrates that synthesis‐controlled microstructural engineering in rock‐salt high‐entropy oxides (HEO) enables strong tuning of CO2 hydrogenation performance, with combustion synthesis (CS) producing highly distorted, defect‐rich crystallites that markedly enhance methanol formation.
