[Pseudotumoral hepatic tuberculosis].
In the absence of active pulmonary disease, hepatic focal tuberculosis is a rare form of tuberculosis. We present a case of pseudotumoral hepatic tuberculosis in a 44-year-old man; diagnosis is difficult because of its radiological similarity with primary or metastatic hepatic cancer.
