Abstract BACKGROUND Anthocyanins are attractive natural colorants for clean‐label food applications; however, their widespread use is limited by poor thermal stability. Protein nanofibrils have recently emerged as promising natural stabilizers because of their high surface area and ability to interact with anthocyanins through non‐covalent interactions.

Fixed Solar Eruption: A Case Report

JEADV Clinical Practice, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Fixed eruption is characterized by recurrent lesions at identical anatomical sites after exposure to a trigger. Although most cases are drug‐induced, ultraviolet (UV) radiation has also been reported as a causative factor. We report a case of fixed solar eruption diagnosed by histopathology and 308 nm excimer light phototesting.
