[Characteristics of hexosephosphate transformation regulation in Zajdela hepatoma and the liver of tumor-bearing rats].

Ukrainskii biokhimicheskii zhurnal (1978), 1987
Essential differences are established between the activities in enzymes of monophosphohexoses' transformation in the Zajdela hepatoma and liver of tumour-bearing rats. So, a very low hexokinase activity is observed in the liver, the activity of phosphoglucomutase and glucose-6-phosphate being high.

[Evaluation of the therapeutic action of hexosephosphate as an energy-supplying agent in acute coronary insufficiency].

Kardiologiia, 1980
It was established in experiments on 24 dogs with ligated interventricular branch of the left coronary artery that hexosophosphate (0.5 and 1 ml/kg intravenously) increases the collateral coronary blood flow and myocardial contractility against the background of a decrease in the lactate content in blood draining from the ischemic zone.
