In this study, several thin-layer chromatography (TLC) methods are described for the identification of quaternary and non-quaternary compounds (parent compounds, intermediates, by-products, and products) arisen within the synthesis of the acetylcholinesterase reactivator HI-6, at present the most promising antidote in the case of nerve agent poisonings.
