Enhancement of bichromatic high-order-harmonic generation with a high-frequency field [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review A, 2001
Using a high-frequency field superposed to a linearly polarized bichromatic laser field composed by a wave with frequency $ $ and a wave with frequency $2 $, we show it is possible to enhance the intensity of a group of high harmonics in orders of magnitude.

Simulation research on high-speed motor current harmonic elimination methods [PDF]

open access: yesMATEC Web of Conferences, 2022
A large number of harmonics will be generated in the process of transforming high frequency and high voltage alternating current (AC) into a constant frequency and constant voltage through a power conversion system when the high-speed motor is used as a ...

Propagation Characteristics and Identification of High-Order Harmonics of a Traction Power Supply System

open access: yesEnergies, 2022
High-order harmonics in the traction power supply show negative effects on the safe and stable operation of the railway transportation system. There is a fixed resonant frequency in the traction network.

High-Level Vibration for Single-Frequency and Multi-Frequency Excitation in Macro-Composite Piezoelectric (MFC) Energy Harvesters, Nonlinearity, and Higher Harmonics

open access: yesMicromachines, 2022
This paper presents an extensive experimental investigation to identify the influence of signal parameters on a piezoelectric harvester’s performance. A macro-fibre composite energy harvester was studied as an advanced, flexible, high-performance energy ...

High-frequency harmonic imaging of the eye [PDF]

open access: yesSPIE Proceedings, 2005
PURPOSE: Harmonic imaging has become a well-established technique for ultrasonic imaging at fundamental frequencies of 10 MHz or less. Ophthalmology has benefited from the use of fundamentals of 20 MHz to 50 MHz. Our aim was to explore the ability to generate harmonics for this frequency range, and to generate harmonic images of the eye.

An Analysis Method for Frequency and Transient Harmonics of Isolated Network Under Instable Condition

open access: yesZhongguo dianli, 2021
Focusing on the problem of spectrum leakage in Fourier harmonic analysis caused by rapid broadband changes in frequency and harmonics in isolated network under unstable condition, an analysis method for frequency and transient harmonics is proposed based

Generation of five phase-locked harmonics by implementing a divide-by-three optical frequency divider [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
We report the generation of five phase-locked harmonics, f1:2403  nm, f2:1201  nm, f:801  nm, f4:600  nm, and f5:480  nm with an exact frequency ratio of 1:2:3:4:5 by implementing a divide-by-three optical frequency divider in the high harmonic ...

High-frequency thermal processes in harmonic crystals [PDF]

open access: yesDoklady Physics, 2017
We consider two high-frequency thermal processes in uniformly heated harmonic crystals relaxing towards equilibrium: (i) equilibration of kinetic and potential energies and (ii) redistribution of energy among spatial directions. Equation describing these processes with deterministic initial conditions is derived.
