EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF CONTROLLING HIGH VOLTAGE TRANSFORMER WINDING CONDITION BASED ON SWITCHING IMPULSES

open access: yesИзвестия Томского политехнического университета: Инжиниринг георесурсов, 2020
The importance of the research is driven by the exceptional importance of stable work of electrical equipment complex which is used at production, transportation and processing of geo-resources. Effectiveness and reliability of such geological production is strongly depends on high voltage transformer condition.

Tumour‐proximal deep serum proteomics identifies biomarkers associated with ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
New biomarkers are needed for early ovarian cancer detection. Ovarian (tumour‐proximal) and peripheral vein serum from healthy women and patients with benign or malignant tumours underwent nanoparticle‐enriched deep proteomics. Ovarian serum yielded more protein identifications and revealed tumour‐reflective signatures.

Attitudes of cancer patients toward ctDNA‐based liquid biopsy for follow‐up

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This mixed‐methods study explored cancer patients' experiences, knowledge, and preferences regarding ctDNA‐based liquid biopsy for follow‐up. Awareness of ctDNA was low and recall of previous liquid biopsy was imperfect, yet acceptance was high.

Lightning Impulse Ageing of HV Cable Insulation

open access: yes, 2009
Lightning impulses can lead to accelerated ageing of extruded cables. Electrical behaviour of a dielectric material when experiencing a lightning impulse is different to that for DC or power frequency applied voltages.

Reconfiguration strategy of shipboard power system adapting to impulse load access

open access: yesZhongguo Jianchuan Yanjiu
ObjectiveShipboard power systems (SPS) are vulnerable to attacks, often resulting in a degraded or partially damaged state. In this state, the system exhibits low inertia, and the connection of critical loads, mainly high-power impulse loads, may cause ...

Malformin A1–mediated cytotoxicity in ovarian cancer cells occurs through pyroptosis and autophagy

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
This study investigated the effects of the natural compound Malformin A1 (MA1) on the cytoskeleton that regulates cell proliferation and migration. Disruption of the cytoskeleton can impair these processes and promote cancer cell death. MA1 disrupted cytoskeletal organization, induced DNA damage, inflammation, activated autophagy, and pyroptosis ...

Influence of Discharge Energy on the Morphology and Optical Response of Tungsten Oxide Thin Films Deposited by Reactive High-Power Impulse Sputtering in a Facing-Target Configuration [PDF]

open access: yesMaterials Research
Tungsten oxide thin films were deposited by reactive high-power impulse sputtering using a facing-target configuration (HiP-FTS), and the influence of discharge energy on film morphology and hydrogen response was investigated.
