Catalyst Optimization in Olefin Polymerization using an HTE/QSAR workflow: Intuitive 3D-Steric Descriptors to Tackle the Database Size Problem

open access: yes, 2021
Catalyst screening in olefin polymerization is an inherently complex problem. Even using high-throughput experimentation (HTE) tools, databases are usually tiny (at least when compared to those in pharma), rarely comprised of more than several dozen ...

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.
