This meta‐analysis of 7 RCTs (973 patients) compared hip arthroscopy (HAS) with conservative treatment for femoroacetabular impingement syndrome. HAS showed significantly higher post‐intervention functional MCID (+0.85) and iHOT at ≤ 12 months (+10.74). No differences were found in HOS‐ADL at ≤ 8 months.
