Depth-Enhanced Holographic Super Multi-View Maxwellian Display Based on Variable Filter Aperture
The super multi-view (SMV) near-eye display (NED) effectively provides depth cues for three-dimensional (3D) displays by projecting multiple viewpoint images or parallax images onto the retina simultaneously. Previous SMV NED suffers from a limited depth

On resolution and viewing of holographic image generated by 3D holographic display
In the paper Wigner Distribution (WD) representation analysis of holographic display is presented. The display reconstructs holographic image by means of Spatial Light Modulator. Two major aspects are covered: imaging and viewing. Optically reconstructed images are characterized by low and spatially variant resolution.

Self‐Assembled Calcite Architectures for Programmable Information Storage
Programmable biomineralization enables the formation of 3D calcite architectures that encode information through spatially defined refractive‐index modulations. Data are written via laser‐directed mineralization, stored in stable voxelized mineral structures, and retrieved non‐destructively through optical diffraction, offering a pathway toward ultra ...

Wood‐Derived Nanocellulose‐Biocarbon Fresnel‐Zone Plate Lenses for Sub‐THz Frequency Applications
Wood‐derived nanocellulose and lignin‐based biocarbon were combined to fabricate fully bio‐based Fresnel zone plate (FZP) lenses for sub‐terahertz frequencies. These sustainable FZP lenses exhibit low dielectric loss and high directivity, achieving performance comparable to that of metallic references, and remain functional under environmental stress ...

Dual-View Integral Imaging 3D Display Based on Multiplexed Lens-Array Holographic Optical Element
We propose a dual-view integral imaging 3D display based on a multiplexed lens-array holographic optical element (MHOE). A MHOE is a volume holographic optical element obtained by multiplexing technology, which can be used for dual-view integral imaging ...
