Harmonic morphisms from homogeneous Hadamard manifolds
We present a new method for manufacturing complex-valued harmonic morphisms from a wide class of Riemannian Lie groups. This yields new solutions from an important family of homogeneous Hadamard manifolds.

A numerical model resulting from irreversible thermodynamics for describing transport processes is introduced, focusing on thermodynamic activity gradients as the actual driving force for diffusion. Implemented in CUDA C++ and using CalPhaD methods for determining the necessary activity data, the model accurately simulates interdiffusion in aluminum ...

On closed radical orbits in homogeneous complex manifolds [PDF]
Suppose G is a complex Lie group having a finite number of connected components and H is a closed complex subgroup of G with H° solvable. Let RG denote the radical of G. We show the existence of closed complex subgroups I and J of G containing H such that I/H is a connected solvmanifold with I° ⊃ RG, the space G/J has a Klein form SG/A, where A is an ...

On nondegenerate coupling forms
The aim of the present paper is to investigate new classes of symplectically fat fibre bundles. We prove a general existence theorem for fat vectors with respect to the canonical invariant connections.

Low‐cycle fatigue damage in Mn–Mo–Ni reactor pressure vessel steel is examined using a combined electron backscatter diffraction and positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy approach. The study correlates texture evolution, dislocation substructure development, and vacancy‐type defect formation across uniform, necked, and fracture regions, providing

Nickel‐based alloys are widely used in high‐temperature applications due to their excellent mechanical strength and oxidation resistance. However, properties such as high‐temperature strength and pronounced work‐hardening make them difficult to machine.

Hermitian curvature flow on complex homogeneous manifolds
In this paper we study a version of the Hermitian curvature flow (HCF). We focus on complex homogeneous manifolds equipped with induced metrics. We prove that this finite-dimensional space of metrics is invariant under the HCF and write down the corresponding ODE on the space of Hermitian forms on the underlying Lie algebra. Using these computations we

A splitting theorem for Kahler manifolds whose Ricci tensors have constant eigenvalues
It is proved that a compact Kahler manifold whose Ricci tensor has two distinct, constant, non-negative eigenvalues is locally the product of two Kahler-Einstein manifolds. A stronger result is established for the case of Kahler surfaces.
