This study identifies a conserved CsdA‐LaeB hub in Aspergillus fumigatus that regulates secondary metabolite fumiquinazoline C (FqC). Disrupting this hub enhances FqC production and virulence, shedding new light on the post‐transcriptional regulatory logic linking secondary metabolism to pathogenicity and offering alternative strategies for diagnostic ...

The use of PARP inhibitors as maintenance therapy in ovarian carcinosarcoma: A case series
Objective: Carcinosarcoma an aggressive subtype of ovarian cancer. While treatment consists primarily of cytoreductive surgery followed by platinum-based chemotherapy, maintenance therapy can also be considered. Limited data exists on the use of poly ADP-

This study identifies Membralin as an ER‐phagy receptor that recruits MAN1B1 and VCP to form a selective ERLAD complex. By sensing dense N‐glycan clusters on viral fusion glycoproteins, this ubiquitin‐independent pathway directs SARS‐CoV‐2 spike, Ebola GP, influenza HA, and HIV‐1 Env to lysosomal degradation, thereby limiting viral infectivity ...

A synergistic electron transfer (ET) optimization strategy modulating conformational dynamics, ET pathway, and substrate orientation is proposed for self‐sufficient cytochrome P450s. Guided by this strategy, a P450 variant with improved ET and catalytic efficiency was identified, and the underlying molecular basis was revealed by computational analysis.
