The homotopy groups $\pi_k(\Omega_n(m))$, $k=1,...,n$
The paper continues the investigation of the spaces of complex-valued perfect splines $\Omega_n(m)$. These spaces were introduced as generalization of the spaces $\Omega_n$, the topology of which has been studied by V.I. Ruban, V.A. Koshcheev, A.M. Pasko.

Algebraic Structures Based on a Classifying Space of a Compact Lie Group
We analyze the algebraic structures based on a classifying space of a compact Lie group. We construct the connected graded free Lie algebra structure by considering the rationally nontrivial indecomposable and decomposable generators of homotopy groups ...

The cell‐autonomous roles of interferon type 1 vary based on duration and intensity. While acute, robust signaling results in cancer cell cytotoxic effects, sustained, low‐level signaling is associated with tumor‐promoting effects. This review summarizes current research of IFN‐1 in cancer and within the clinical setting, with an emphasis on female ...

A Relation on Floer Homology Groups of Homology Handles
The paper under review is to show a relationship on the rank of the Floer homology of integral homology handles. The Floer homology for homological \(S^2\times S^1\) is defined only for manifolds admitting a unique nontrivial \(SO(3)\), and its Floer relative index is no longer mod 8, but mod 4 period. The paper starts with observations from \textit{N.

Screening and epitope characterization of Nidogen‐2‐specific nanobodies
Camel immunization and phage display were employed to generate high‐affinity VHH nanobodies against Nidogen‐2. After library construction, biopanning, ELISA screening, sequencing, and recombinant expression, selected nanobodies were purified and characterized, leading to the preliminary exploration of a nanobody‐based sandwich ELISA for specific ...

Trees and mapping class groups [PDF]
There is a forgetful map from the mapping class group of a punctured surface to that of the surface with one fewer puncture. We prove that finitely generated purely pseudo-Anosov subgroups of the kernel of this map are convex cocompact in the sense of B.

This study explores the feasibility of expressing the antitumoral protein Amblyomin‐X through a suicide gene therapy approach and investigates its intracellular fate after gene delivery. Although the gene is efficiently expressed, melanoma cells rapidly degrade the Amblyomin‐X protein via proteasome activity.

Background Our knowledge of allergen structure and function continues to rise and new scientific data on the homology and cross-reactivity of allergen sources should be considered to extend the work of Lorenz et al., 2009 (Int Arch Allergy Immunol. 148(1)
