Hot ductility of TWIP steels [PDF]
The hot ductility of twin induced plasticity (TWIP), 0·6 wt-C steels containing 18–22 wt-Mn with N levels in the range 0·005–0·023 wt- and the Al additions either low (<0·05 wt-) or high (1·5 wt-) has been examined. Little change in ductility occurred in the temperature range 1100–650°C as the structure was always fully austenitic.

Hot Ductility Behavior of a Peritectic Steel during Continuous Casting [PDF]
Hot ductility properties of a peritectic steel for welded gas cylinders during continuous casting were studied by performing hot tensile tests at certain temperatures ranging from 1200 to 700 °C for some cooling rates by using Gleeble-3500 thermo ...

Hot ductility behavior of medium carbon sulfur-containing alloy steel
Sulfur-containing free-cutting steels are widely used because of their excellent processability. However, the crack problem of sulfur-containing steel during continuous casting production is still not solved. Therefore, this paper investigates the effect

Effects of composition and strain rate on hot ductility of Cr–Mo-alloy steel in the two-phase region
The hot tensile tests were conducted in this study to investigate the effects of Nb, B, Mo, and V on hot ductility of 25CrMo alloy steel in a temperature range of 650–850°C with strain rates of 0.005 and 0.5 s−1.

Effect of Vanadium and Strain Rate on Hot Ductility of Low-Carbon Microalloyed Steels
Hot tensile tests were conducted in this study to investigate the effect of strain rate (10−3 and 10 s−1) and vanadium content (0.029 and 0.047 wt.%) on the hot ductility of low-carbon microalloyed steels. The results indicate that a hot ductility trough
