Polycarbonate Vitrimers and Dynamic Co‐Networks From Epoxide/Carbon Dioxide Copolymerization
This work demonstrates how CO2‐derived poly(propylene carbonate) and poly(cyclohexene carbonate) backbones influence vitrimer thermo‐mechanical behavior. By tuning backbone composition, epoxide crosslinker chemistry and blend ratios, the crosslinked materials span a wide property window, from highly extensible to stiff, glassy networks, establishing an

Chemically and Mechanically Recyclable Polyolefins Incorporating Covalent Adaptable Networks
Low‐molecular‐weight polypropylene is converted into a crosslinked polyolefin containing a covalently adaptable network. The semicrystalline material remains melt‐processable and mechanically recyclable. Its thermal and mechanical properties are comparable to commercial polyolefins.

Investigation of thermal and viscoelastic properties of polymers relevant to hot melt extrusion - III: Polymethacrylates and polymethacrylic acid based polymers [PDF]
Polymers are a major part of final medicinal drug products prepared by hot melt extrusion (HME). Therefore it is necessary to understand their behavior when subjected to heat and mechanical stresses during the development of the HME processes. The aim of

Solvent‐Tuned DLP 3D‐Printed PNVCL Hydrogels With Enhanced Thermoresponse
DLP 3D printing of PNVCL hydrogels remains challenging due to a trade‐off between printability and thermoresponsive performance. Here, DEG‐tuned P(NVCL‐DVA) organohydrogels were successfully 3D‐printed and subsequently solvent‐exchanged with water. The optimized hydrogels exhibited interconnected porous structures, high water uptake and rapid thermo ...

This study investigates the use of waste slate dust as a filler in recycled PET. Incorporating up to 20 wt% slate dust caused no filler‐induced molecular degradation, increased the crystallization temperature, thermal conductivity, and storage modulus. ABSTRACT Recycled polyethylene terephthalate (rPET) is widely considered a sustainable alternative to
